All charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing payment is strictly on 30 days terms.  Payment after 30 days incurs an automatic late payment charge of £50 and interest of 2% per month.  Support for products is suspended whilst your account is overdue.

All clients are granted unlimited usage rights on the code written for them.  However, we retain the right to reuse features of one system on other systems we write unless specifically agreed in writing in advance.

We carry professional liability insurance of £250,000.

Unless you agree to a service and maintenance agreement the warranty on your products will only cover the first three months.  We therefore encourage our clients to rigorously test the solution we provide during this time.  After the first 30 days our warranty is only provided if you have paid your invoice so your are encouraged to pay promptly to be entitled to your maximum cover.

Backup of hosted solutions is each night to a secure offsite location.  Our hosting is monitored 24/7 and all data is on mirrored disks.  We provide a high security of your data but can only reliably recover data up to the end of the previous working day.  If you require a higher level of service you need to agree this with us in advance.
